Since its very inception, the company has constantly endeavored to add more value to the lives of people, by building residential and commercial complexes of unparalleled quality and ingenuity.
At Jayaweerarathne Assocaites, we adhere to global standards in construction, with appropriate supervision and project control to maximise quality, a focus on sustainable development and solid solutions to construction challenges.
The dedicated architects, engineers and quantity surveyors that drive the firm’s activities are ably complemented by a team of multi-skilled and competent support staff. The company also actively procures the latest construction technologies to assist its highly skilled workers.
The philosophy of our company is based on three key principles

We believe that the key to a strong working relationship is transparency. That is why we produce a full schedule of works that breaks down the project into simple weekly targets that correlate to payments, making it clear what to expect.
2. Communication
It is vital to the success of a project that we have a clear channel of communication with our clients. A Project Co-ordinator will be assigned to you when the first draft plans are produced and will work with you right through to the completion of the building works. They will be your main point of contact throughout the process.
3. Quality
Residential building work requires a high level of attention to detail. Creating a great structure isn’t enough, its the cosmetic elements that everybody looks at and talks about, we take pride in the plastering, brickwork, rendering and roofing so that our product has a distinct feel that is reflected across all of our projects.
We offer our clients, a bespoke one-stop design and build service, leaving an immaculate finish at an affordable cost.
